VACANCY: Environment and Safety Trainee

South African Breweries (SAB) is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as an Environment and Safety Trainee. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical and leadership skills necessary to manage Safety and Environment initiatives within a Brewery and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Environmental Management Act.
- Identify workplace hazards and communicate them effectively to all staff.
- Monitor and advise on Safety and Environmental Pillar performance.
- Promote safety and environmental awareness across the organization.
- Support and facilitate safety improvement interventions.
- Conduct audits and ensure legal compliance.
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee the induction process for employees and contractors.

Minimum Requirements: Environment and Safety Trainee vacancy at the South African Breweries (SAB)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety/Environment Management, or equivalent BTech qualification.
