The Retail giant has various programs that are youth centred and aim to empower the youth of South Africa. One of such is the Retail Readiness Program. Below are the simple steps on how to apply for it.
Retail Readiness Programme (RRP)This skills programme provides young people, who are without previous work experience, with the basic skills to work in a retail environment.
It comprises of five weeks of practical training and two weeks of theory, and successful participants receive a NQF level 3 qualification upon completion.
WHO CAN APPLY
South African youth between 18 and 34 years with no previous work experience.
REQUIREMENTS
A South African Matric or an equivalent qualification.
