The programme runs for 8 months and is set to begin in April 2025.

-City of Ekurhuleni (Tembisa, Daveyton, Tsakane, Vosloorus, Kwa Thema, Brakpan, Duduza)
Free State Province:
-Dihlabeng LC (Bethlehem, Clarens, Fouriesburg, Paul Roux)
-Mangaung Metro (Botshabelo)
Mpumalanga Province:
-Govan Mbeki LM (Leandra, Embalenhle, Secunda)
-Victor Khanye LM (Delmas)
North West Province:
-Naledi LM (Dithakwaneng, Colridge, Vrybug Ext 25 Huhudi)
Requirements:
-Age between 18 and 45 years.
-Currently unemployed and not part of any government-funded learning or employment programme.
-Demonstrated commitment to learning and personal development.
Duties:
-Participate actively in all learnership activities and training sessions.
-Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and within deadlines.
-Adhere to the programme’s code of conduct and policies.
Ethics:
-Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
-Respect confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards set by the iSchool.
-Show a proactive approach towards learning and development.
