What You’ll Do
As a Security Guard at Dis-Chem Pharmacies, you will take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure the safety and security of the organization’s people and property. Key duties include:

What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or Senior Certificate.
- Certification: PSIRA Grade C accreditation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a retail security role (e.g., shopping malls, warehouses).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
Key Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of PSIRA regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols, including fire and emergency procedures.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
Special Requirements:
- Valid PSIRA Grade C registration.
- South African citizenship with a clean criminal and credit record.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (PDP required for drivers).
