Program HighlightsParticipants will engage in:Rotations between departments.Execution of at least one departmental project per year.Leadership development initiatives.Social responsibility projects.Team-building and networking activities.Leadership talks with industry experts.Regular reporting and check-ins with managers.Customized training sessions based on departmental needs.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the applicable fields with a minimum average pass rate of 65%.
- Be between the ages of 22 and 28.
- Those still completing their studies must graduate in 2024 to qualify.
