Join us as a Graduate in Training and embark on a 24-month journey with our Group IT team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across various IT functions.

What You’ll Do:
Explore IT Functions: Gain exposure to key areas within Group IT, including coding, data analysis, business relationship management, IT security, applications support, IT infrastructure and asset management, and IT governance services.
Handle IT Queries: Answer and log calls from end users, escalate issues as needed, and close resolved incidents.
Coordinate with Providers: Work with service providers under supervision and assist in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Support Projects: Participate in all ad hoc IT-related projects, contributing to diverse and engaging tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: B Degree or Tech in Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems at NQF 7 with 360 Credits.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to build relationships and liaise with customers
Proficiency in IT and familiarity with applications like Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in HR systems and resilient analytical thinking
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to consolidate information
