Our Graduate Development Programme is designed to build the future leaders of engineering! Through an exciting combination of hands-on projects, mentorship, and specialised training, we’ll help you develop the skills and experience you need to thrive in this dynamic field.
We are seeking talented engineering graduates in the following specialisations:
- Chemical
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Information

Programme Details:
- Duration: 24-month rotational programme
- Location: Gauteng (working across our different facilities in Kempton Park and Vanderbijlpark)
- Start Date: 03 February 2025
Requirements:
- Be a South African Citizen
- Hold a minimum aggregate pass rate of 60%, demonstrating strong academic performance
- A genuine interest in the gas/manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a team player who values collaboration
- Not currently enrolled in any other learnership or graduate programme, allowing full dedication to this Opportunity
