Job Purpose
To ensure that quality products are received, prepared, and served to customers according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with SOP
– Follow food safety procedures at all times
– Prepare menu items according to company standards while maintaining speed of service
– Provide friendly and efficient customer service
– Support general store operations when required
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Minimum 1 year restaurant or fast-food experience
Good customer service skills
Strong verbal communication skills
