We are seeking a Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team in Midrand, Gauteng. This role involves providing outstanding service to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Update and manage customer records accurately in the system.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Meet performance metrics, including call handling times and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage high call volumes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call centre systems.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Education:
- Matric certificate required; further qualifications in customer service are beneficial.
