SIOC-CDT’s Gamagara Local Municipality Call Centre Learnership Opportunities.
This exciting youth empowerment programme offers Learnership Opportunities to unemployed youth from our beneficiary communities.
SIOC-CDT is hiring for a new outbound call centre project in the Gamagara Local Municipality Area. Preference will be given to youth, women and people with disabilities.
Successful candidates will be trained and incubated in a call centre environment for 12 months while completing an NQF level 3 Learnership.
What SIOC-CDT is looking for:
1. 60 x Outbound Sales Agents
- Must be between ages of 18-30 Matric (with English) essential
2. Coll Centre Manager
- 2-3 years Call Centre experience leading on outbound sales team
- A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
3. Facilitator
- 2-3 years Call Centre Facilitation experience Must have Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practitioner (ODETDIP) qualification
