Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and travel when required
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of youth development projects
Review project reports and ensure proper documentation is in place
Assist in the processing of invoices to ensure timely payments
Monitor training programs and maintain compliance with project guidelines
Conduct site visits and report on project progress
Handle administrative tasks related to youth empowerment initiatives
Ensure all project records and data are correctly filed and updated
